HOMESCHOOL INFORMATION

Enrollment Procedures
 

1. Read through "Statement of Faith" and "Educational Philosophy" to gain understanding of the school's philosopy on education your child.
2. Read and complete the entire "Enrollment Application" and return all forms to VCA with appropriate non-refundable fees. All applications, fees and forms must be returned to the school during office hours (8 AM – 4 PM).  All details on the following forms MUST be completed and returned to VCA in order to start processing your application.

1. Enrollment Categories - Once a completed Enrollment Application (see above) has been received, your file will be processed. The parent/guardian will be contacted to schedule an Enrollment Interview.

In an effort to keep tuition as affordable and manageable as possible, we have allowed the tuition amount to be paid over a 10-month period at no interest, using the FACTS Tuition Management Program.  The annual fee for this service is $38.00.

SPORTS

According to the Virginia Christian Athletic Association League guidelines, students must be enrolled in four or more classes to participate in league sports.  All students (regardless of the number of classes) are eligible to participate in VCA sports clinics when offered.
