Entertainment Book

A BOOK WILL BE HANDED OUT ORIENTATION NIGHT TO EACH FAMILY.

YOU WILL TAKE ORDERS AND COLLECT CHECKS MADE OUT TO VCA.

THE SALE DATES ARE AUGUST 22TH TO SEPTEMBER 12TH.

ORDERS MUST BE TURNED IN BY 4:00 PM ON FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 12TH.

All checks should be made payable to VCA.

IN THE MEMO LINE INCLUDE YOUR FAMILY NAME ON EACH CHECK.

ALL UNSOLD BOOKS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED WILL BE ASSESD TO THE FAMILIES ACCOUNT.

 

THE PROFIT FOR EACH BOOK SOLD WILL BE APPLIED TOWARD YOUR $400 FUNDRAISING FEE, DUE MARCH 1ST.

"A NIGHT UNDER THE STARS"

VCA is partnering with Short Pump Town Center in "A Night Under the Stars". This is sale for a private shopping event that is being held Sunday, November 2th from 6:00-9:00pm(Rain date: November 9). Each tickets sell for $5.00. VCA  receives 100% of the $5.00! That means for every ticket you sell, you earn the $5.00 toward your fundraising fee! This fundraiser begins September 16th and ends October 29th.

 

All checks should be made payable to VCA.

FUNDRASING REQUIRMENTS

 

As a VCA family, we understand that tuition only covers a portion of the total school program costs.   Additional funds are necessary to operate the school and meet overall budgetary needs. We pledge our participation in all school-wide fundraisers (or opt to make payments), raising the required minimum of $400 net profit per family, before March 1st of each academic year. We further understand that all sports teams also sponsor their own individual fundraisers for their participants.
