SCHOOL LIFE EVENTS

FALL FAMILY PICNIC- OCTOBER 10TH 6:00- 8:30 PM

You definitely don’t want to miss the opening debut of this much-anticipated Family Event!  BYOB….(Bring Your Own Bucket) of KFC,  or your picnic basket loaded with your family’s dinner!  Prop up a lawn chair or spread out an old quilt, and spend some neighborly time getting to know your fellow VCA families!  Don’t forget to bring your tailgate decorations and get creative with the kids…. Tailgate judging begins after dinner, at 7 PM sharp!  See ya there!

 

Picnic Highlights

6:00-7:00 PM—Eat with your family & decorate your tailgate
7:00-7:30 PM—Official “Judging of the Tailgates”, complete with a family Award for the “Most Outrageous”
7:30-8:30 PM—Family Relays (Tug-of-War, Bubble Yum Biggest Bubble, Monkey Toes, Pickle Eating Contest, Flashlight Tag, and more!)
Seniors’ Sundae Bar Desserts!

 

FATHER/DAUGHTER BREAKFAST - NOVEMBER 8TH 9:00-11:00 AM

Don’t miss this awesome opportunity to fellowship with other VCA fathers & their daughters (daughters of all ages welcome, K3-12th grade and Alumni). We have some very special events planned to celebrate these relationships and the precious bond they share.  

(PLEASE NOTE:  This is NOT strictly limited to fathers.  Daughters may choose to bring a different role model—a grandfather, an uncle, an adult older brother, even a special teacher or family friend who means a lot to them.)

 

MOTHER/SON LUNCHEON- JANUARY 31TH 11:00-1:00 PM

Don’t miss this awesome opportunity to fellowship with other VCA mothers & their sons (sons of all ages welcome, K3-12th grade and Alumni). We have some very special events planned to celebrate these relationships and the precious bond they share.

SPAGHETTI/VOLLEYBALL FAMILY NIGHT - APRIL 17TH 5:30-9:00 PM

“MMMM…. nothin’ pleases my family’s tummies  like Mama’s famous HOME-MADE yummies!” On Friday, April 17th, VCA’s very own Cheerleading Moms & Daughters will rival the likes of Betty Crocker & Rachael Ray, bringing you a culinary collection of homemade desserts that will be sure to satisfy even the most discriminating “sweet-tooth”! 
Plan now to come “with your cake-walkin’ shoes on” to our First Annual Spaghetti & Volleyball Family Night on April 17th!  Everyone can participate, winning some tasty desserts for their family, all while supporting their own VCA Cheerleaders!
